Shipping Policy

Each Note to Treasure is lovingly made for you. We ask that you allow 2 weeks from the date of your order until dispatch.

If you're based in Australia, your order will be sent via Australia Post, postage is included in the price. If you require Express Post there will be an additional charge of $15. Please email to discuss as this will be only arranged on special orders.

As each piece is custom made, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have any issues with your order, please make contact and I will rectify immediately.
